HOMARUS™ LLC was born from a simple idea: what if you could take the best of Maine's coastline, real, fresh lobster, and make it portable? Not lobster flavoring, not a gimmick, but actual Maine lobster chunks in a snack you can take anywhere.
Based in Kennebunkport's historic Dock Square, we're rooted in a community that has lived off the sea for generations. The lobster industry isn't just commerce here. It's heritage, identity, and way of life. HOMARUS™ LLC brings that heritage into a new form.

Why "Homarus"?
Homarus americanus — it's the scientific name for the American lobster, the species that has defined Maine's coast for centuries. We chose it because it speaks to what we are: authentic, uncompromising, and deeply connected to the source.

We're launching with Harbor Classic, our signature recipe that lets the lobster shine. It's the foundation everything builds on: savory, clean, and unmistakably coastal. More flavors are in the works as the brand grows.
